I've lost 14 lbs starting on Jan 21st.

hows is this routine working for weight lose i am trying to lose around 15lbs and got a new gym membership now rtying to learn a routine to lose weight

Sounds good but I do not have a treadmill or elliptical, I do have a total workout bench with pull down bar and just about everything plus I have an excercise bike but I actually like to go ride a bike outside or go jogging outside and I do workout with free weight a lot.
