Description

This plan is based on the equipment I found at my local senior center.  I've heard they have other equipment at other facilities for kids, teenagers and adults.  They are run by the Parks and Recreation Dept of my local town.  Best of all, it's ABSOLUTELY FREE (less the cost of transportation).  So, check out your local city agency and find out what they have and where.  If they don't have anything, find out what it would take to get a city center.  Then, get with your friends and neighbors and start brainstorming.  Have fun!
