Workout routine comments

This routine has really work for me. I record everthing I do, how long I do each exersice, and I like to see if I have improved or if I need to work harder on. I love what I put together. I do not have weights I used towels, cans, whatever I had around the house for weight. I use a towel like a bar to keep my arms and hands just right. you will be supprised how much you feel the burn. This routine really works for me. I hope it will help you as well. I use 2 days of the week to do some yoga for beginners.
