Workout routine comments

I am very eager to get started but I dont have acess to a gym rite now. I am staying at an out of state hospital with my son rite now and all we have to do is basically sit around. I purchased an excersice ball. Can anybody help.

I belong to a gym, I go to school Wed. nights and all day Saturdays and work full time. I study during lunch hours - can I do something Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday - that's all the time I have

I am a member at a gym but don't want to pay for a personal trainer. I have access to equipment but don't know where to start, how many reps, how much weight, etc
