Aging is not for whimps...so get prepared!
Sometimes I sit and think about all the years of fun and family and now know that I am "over the hill"...these past few years I have seen many friends and family members pass away that are younger than I am.... I am now turning a new page in the next chapter in my life and is starting a part time job after 12 years of retirement! Please wiish me luck. I hope this job desn't interfer with my exercise routine....

I thought I already replied to this? Oh well-anyway
I am not 50 yet, but I have had my share of age related injuries, and conditions. I remember thinking 40 was ancient when I was growing up. Now, 40 is like a baby! My hub turned 50 this year, and has already had shingles once-he is as healthy as an ox-traveled and climbed mt's all over the World, never got altitude sickness or any illness like malaria or disentary, but he get's shingles? Age effects us all differently, and it truly is a state of mind-speaking of that, I have had a few senior moments these days which make me a bit depressed! LOL. Also, it's pretty neat that we can still lose weight and get healthy and defy age that way-but I agree it isn't for whimps!

Hope all is well !
Age has extremely little to do with anything that matters. The difference between one age and other is, as a rule, enormously exaggerated.

I will be 50 in four months. It's a biiiig number, although I said that at 40 also. :) I'm trying to get my healthiest. There are a lot of things I should be doing that I'm not. That I have to change starting now.

I am 52 and had a stoke at 50
At 50 I had a stoke, I have always eaten healthy fruits, veggies), so the Dr.'s didn't know why I had it. They said it was caused by dehydration, but I drink water only. (no caffeine, tea, coffee or pop). I am now 52 and just recently went back to working our full time. (The stroke left me weak) I bounced back quickly from the stroke. (Dr.'s said it was because I was in great physical shape and healthy. Was only off work for a month. I have gained 10 pounds because I had no energy to work out. I do a stair stepper for 30 min. a day, I power walk at night for 1 mile, and I do power sculpting, abs, cardio routines. If I can come back after a severe stroke then anyone who is motivated can do it at any age. I couldn't talk, I couldn't hold a glass of water, and I couldn't type after my stroke. It's great to be able to exercise and hold a weight in my hand again!

My advise
I know how to handle the excess weight, you just need to go to a concert, you can buy tickets here https://catsshowtickets.com/, there you'll find tickets for any concerts around the world.

My opinion
I am fifty-six years old now and I have realized that Aging is not for the coward because at that part of your life you may be totally dependent on others. I think research students must visit https://www.edugeeksclub.com/research-paper/ homepage. All of my fellow friends are dead now and it is very hard to live with it.

I'm sure that at 50 you have the opportunity to look no more 30 y.o. And this is a good time when you can finally enjoy life. Here https://fillersupplies.com/product/juvederm-voluma-lidocaine-2x1ml/ you can read more about more effective and really long-lasting remedies to eliminate signs of aging and preserve your beauty. It seems to me that these injections motivate me to have an athletic body for my age.
