Do you travel with your job? If so, do you bring food with you?
Often wondered if people that had to travel for their jobs how they manage the snacks, etc on a trip.. Seems like I may have to do a little travel soon!!

Working out
When you book a hotel check out for a decent work out room, and then really make the effort to use it. Also traveling can cause a real downfall in your diet, because you are typically eating out.
Eat smart and be diligent. This can also be hard to do since you tend to eat out at places yo dont normally go to.
Most menus today have a healthy section, just be wary of being on the road and eating a 16oz prime rib at every dinner!

Gonna start carrying my food...
Although I don't travel for work, I do work several jobs and do not do the traditional mealtimes or meals. My eating has been off the hook, so now, I plan to sit down with pen and pad and actually plan my meals and snacks. I will carry my food for the entire day with me. If it's not in my food sack, I won't be eating it. That includes GUM! I'm hoping this will work for me and give me the control I need over what I put in my mouth. If anyone has suggestions, I would appreciate reading them.
