Just what I was looking for...
Hello, I'm Mike. I'm 40 and a recovering musclehead. I have finally decided to worry more about health than "being big". I'm trying to get down to 190lbs while maintaining lean body mass.
Starting weight was 217 at 26% bodyfat, I've been doing well with moderate calorie restriction and am now 204 at roughly 22%
I'm a Registered Nurse and manage a busy Emergency Room in South Jersey. Married 10yrs with my first child due in August!
