Loose Skin
For those of us that are looking for help with loose skin, I've been researching on the internet, and I was reminded that Aloe Vera stimulates collagen production, so I'm going to invest in the best aloe that I can afford and start using in my skin as an adjunct to all the workouts and healthy food choices I'm trying to make daily. Also I read about something called BioCell Collagen it is made for joint discomfort but has been found to stimulate collagen production in the skin improving the overall condition of the skin. Let's check it out guys! Let me know what you all find out about BioCell.

Ingestion works, topical application I am afraid doesn't.
Taking liquid aloe internally could help, but nothing topical will ever reach the collegen layer. That is why sun damage is irreversible it damaged the collegen, which is the netting or support system of the skin (licensed esthetician, and body treatment specialist).

Also, wraps and seaweed mud, etc, do "nothing" to change the structure of damaged or loose skin, the only thing it can possibly improve is the textural appearance, and provide temporary hydration, which mimics firmness, but it is fleeting.

Hey guys!!According to me that Yoga should help some, but if it’s a lot of loose skin the only way to get rid of it is surgery. I'm sure there is someone that will sell you some fish oil or other home remedy, but all it will do is make you wallet a little smaller.
