New again!
Since I created my account in 2009, I had never really taken this seriously because of the limitations that I thought that I had. Mentally and emotionally, I let my bum knee limit my motivation.
In October I had a partial knee replacement and while I'm still in more pain that I was pre-surgery, I've made a commitment to myself to stick with it this time. I have to make this a lifestyle change again. I did it before so I know I can do it again!!

That is the most important thing to do is a lifestyle change.Its hard and the road can have a few bumps but sounds like your ready. Good luck on your journey.
