Northern Minnesota...brrrr!
I have a long way to go and am anxious to be able to give and receive support!! May 6th, 2008 I was bucked off my horse and blew both knees (ACL, MCL, LCL tears and fractured bones)...wheelchair bound!! Two surgeries and many months of PT later...here I am, wanting to lose weight, not only to be more healthy but to ease the aches and pains of extreme damage to my knees. I started at a gym and was faithful for about two months, then hunting happened and I have been having trouble getting back in the game. Any helpful tips are appreciated!!!
