What your game plan to get back on track in January, I'm mean what will be the first thing to get the boot from the menu and what exercises and good habits/choices will use to get you there!

That Much!
Wow! That's a lot of lean muscle to lose per pound. Maybe that why people who lose large amounts of weight gain it back so easily, maybe the metabolism is shot from losing so much lean muscle. I also wonder if those are the numbers if you lose the weight in the healthiest way possible?

One of my plans for the year is to see how much refined sugar and grains I can TOTALLY eliminate. Already watch these closely but ready to take it to the next level and have found so many healthy alternatives and great blogs. I think I have enough tools to really make the change :)

That's BIG, wow! I need to start baking again, I stopped once my journey began and it's a love of mine and much better for me, because I will eat the sweets!
