What's worked for me with food/ frozen food method
I have lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks eating egg whites with wheat toast for breakfast.

For lunch, dinner and late snack I eat lean cuisine meals about every 3-4 hrs that equals 2-4 meals a day so that I am not hungry and binging at night.

Lean Cuisine are great. Low in sodium and low in fat and taste great! Plus I don't have to worry about cooking, just pop in the microwave and 3 min later ready to eat. If still hungry will make a side salad with balsamic dressing only or add one slice of whole wheat bread.

I have a huge amount of weight to lose ......I need more info....... Do you use butter on toast? I'm lazy to start the diet and I like the frozen food or super easy prep approach.

:)
Well done! That's a pretty good diet plan. People think to loose weight you need to eat very little. That's not true as you're an example of! :) Sounds like you did an awesome job of dieting but still eating enough and not starving yourself all the time. ^^
