Thought about changing it up in January

need to step up the walking to make it everyday(rather than 4 days a week)

I do drop in soccer twice a week

drop in hockey once a week

as for Christmas day I will try not to eat all the stuffing

Beautiful hike/walk through mountains on Christmas Day
Not a cloud in the sky, crisp and cold...but blue and sunny skies.

I still have family here until New Year day. It's nice but, it's tough trying to please everyone. I love them, but I'm so ready for them to leave lol

Family
It's a love/hate relationship.

I avoid them at all costs, they put a cramp in my style. LOL

Continuing
Still walking and hiking/biking-mild weather means more outdoor time, but rain moving in....

Best plan ever!
My plan has been in place for a year, has worked amazingly, and continues to work! It's a combination of weighted resistance, cardio, and clean eating and I've lost over 20 lbs and gotten serious muscular definition by following it. LOVE IT AND CAN'T GET ENOUGH!

Re
I recall with such sadness our Christmas walks last year. We live near Liverpool (England). It's a small town Allerton. However, the restrictions on Covid still affect us all. We will not be able to get together on the main street as before. I thought that I should somehow revive this holiday, so we ordered a large Christmas tree from a special nursery. A Christmas tree will decorate our backyard. Inside the house, my wife is planning to make decorations from natural flowers. We have a good selection at your local florist shop -
https://www.flowerdelivery.org.uk/ Everything will be delivered to your home, the main thing is to make an order in advance to get exactly the flowers that we love. I suppose to do without fake lights this year. How do you plan your holiday this year?
