need help with workout tracker!
don't understand how to put in my exercise. put in my exercise and put in target but sometimes there is not a place to put in the actual amount so it does not add in calories burned. It just says N/A. Also says to hit submit button which is not on the page. There is a save and update but no use saving if I can't put in the actual amount I worked out. Please help. very frustrating. I like the site other then the workout tracker. It just seems confusing. Also don't understand when to use the set button? PLEASE HELP!

workout tracker
The workout tracker was the hardest thing to figure out, and it took several board posts to get it cleared up!
Click on the + beside cardio or strength, search for the exercise you want to add, and click on the + beside that. You don't have to put in a target unless you want to. I just put actual distance/time in because I haven't input my exercise plan that I'm using. And you have to put time as Min:sec (11:30, not 11 1/2, I learned that the hard way LOL). Once you have that in, click save and update, then the submit button will show up. Once you click submit, it will show the calories at the top of the workout tracker page, and also on your diet dashboard.
You would use the set button if you are doing more than 1 set of an exercise. Example: if you did one set of leg press with a certain weight/reps, then the next set was a higher weight or more/less reps, etc. I've been using the sets for my cardio, also, because I've been doing a more intense walk for part, then doing a cool down mile that may be a little slower. So I put the distance/time for the intense "set" then another distance/time for the cool down.
Hope it makes sense. Good luck!

Workout Tracker
The workout tracker is very frustrating. I followed Tammysue79 advice but after using + sign it won't let me put in the time. It won't let me put any numbers in. I've been trying to figure this thing out on and off for the last month or so. I have only been able to add workouts a handful of times. Can someone please help me with this?

Workout Tracker
Sissmith65 - I just printed out tammysue79's instructions. I got it able to work part of the way. The key to entering your distance and time is to just click on the dashes once under the "actual" column to get it to let you enter your distance and time. Also, make sure to enter your time as MM:SS or it won't accept it.
Tammysue79 - I tried what you said and it worked. However, the calories burned was a lot lower that the actual calories I burned per my heart rate monitor. Do you know of a way to just allow it to let you enter the actual calories you burned?
Thanks for the help so far!

Workout Tracker
Cldelay76 - Thank you for responding but I've tried doing this several times and it does not allow me to put any numbers in. Do I save and update right after adding the excercise (before adding any numbers)? And if I don't know a distance just a time can I just add the time?
