starting over....

I am new tooo
I just started yesterday. So far so good about entering my food and activities. I definitely need to keep my calories down more. Maybe we can help one another.

i've only been on here for a few weeks but it has definitely helped. i didn't know i was eating so many calories even though i didn't really eat a whole lot. i like to keep track of my progress too. it definitely keeps me more motivated than just exercising on my own.

Yeah, I have noticed that I was eating more calories than I needed also. Now that I am entering the food I am eating and tracking it I watch what I eat and eat smaller portions. I think this is really going to help me.
I also noticed I seem more motivated to work out. I hope I stay that way. I start a new job on Monday.

I am new to this site too. I have been using another site for about 3 months and it works alot like this one but this site has A LOT more to offer.
I agree with all of you, tracking you food is SO important, WATER, all day everyday, and strong encouragement and motivation. Friendly communication with all of us going through the same thing will help.
(BTW I have sent out a friend request to each of you-I NEED FRIENDS)

Im kinda new to this also. I tried it 158 days ago but I didnt follow through with it so I only lasted about a week. If you want this program to work for you, you have to discipline yourself. Make you daily post about your workout you did. What your calorie intake was. Also tell us how it made you feel. Its almost like a second job really, but I look at it like this. I have a daily journal I can say anything to and how I feel. Well good luck in your journey to getting fit I wish you the best of luck.
