preheat oven to 350, coat 2 (8 inch) pans
combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in small bowl and wisk
in large bowl combine sugar, oil, vanilla, egg whites and egg. Beat with mixer and medium until blended. Add mashed bananas and beat well. Add flour mix and yogurt alternately to sugar mix
pour batter into pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
Cool on wire rack, remove from pans then cool completely
Melt chocolate in microwave until smooth, set aside
Combine sugar, coconut milk, butter, vanilla and salt in blender. Add melted chocolate and blend on high until mix darkens and thick
cover frosting and put in refrigerator until cake is ready to frost.
