Directions:  
1.) First, in a large pot on med-high heat combine the olive oil, onions, garlic- simmer for about 3 minutes
2.) Add beef, oregano, Greek seasoning, salt, sage and celery- cook stirring regularly until meat has browned
3.) Then add the broth, bring to a light boil
4.) Add the carrots, celery, and green beans (also add noodles or rice at this time if you choose)
5.) Stir boiling stew regularly until all vegetables/noodles and/or rice are soft to bite, and the meat is cooked all the way through
6.) To thicken your stew, combine 2 Tbsp. corn starch with 1/4 cup water, mix separately, then add to your boiling stew while stirring constantly until the stew reaches the consistency you prefer.
7.) Enjoy!
