Defrost Chicken burger patty

Heat pan on medium, spray with cooking spray when hot & add onions

Cook onions till golden brown, remove from pan

Add chicken patty to pan, cook through on medium heat, flipping often

when totally cooked, break up in pan with spatula

take off heat (briefly) & add egg whites, immediately scrambling them with chicken
7
put back on heat and add goat cheese, mixing in with spatula till melty and distributed

Serve with Salsa (optional)
