Directions:  
slightly scramble egg & add S&P
put olive oil in non-stick pan & warm to med heat
chop tomatoes & mix with pesto sauce & set aside
once heated add egg mixture
when egg is heated thoroughly (lifts easily around sides)
add tomato & pesto mixture to one side of omelet & bring the other side of omelet over the top of the eggs. Let set for about 30 seconds & put on plate.
Add basil on top & eat
