Wisk first 8 ingredients together in a bowl

Process the chia and sugar then add 1/2 the water and process again

Put remaining water in medium size pot and stir in glycerine

Add milk, certo, honey and agave to pot and heat slowly to 125F

Stir yeast into heated liquids, cover with plastic wrap and allow yeast to work for 10 minutes

Place above liquid mix into mixer bowl and add melted shortening and eggs then stir

Add dry ingredients to bowl and place bowl onto mixer stand

Mix for 6-8 minutes while scrapping bowl once or twice

Divide dough into two greased 4"x8" loaf pans

Preheat oven to 200F and then turn off

Place pans in preheated oven and allow loafs to rise for 30-45 minutes

Remove pans from oven and heat oven to 375F

Return pans to heated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until loaves reach internal temperature of 208F-211F covering with foil, if necessary, to prevent burning

Allow loaves to sit inverted in their pans for 5-10 minutes. This will prevent the loaf from collapsing in on itself as it cools. Top of warm loaf may be greased with margarine to make it softer crust
