Description: A cold pasta salad with orzo pasta, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onions,olives, capers and feta cheese marinated in greek dressing.
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (1-1/3 bowls)

Directions:  
Prepare orzo according to package directions. Once done, rinse in cold water and put in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and stir to coat. Chop the vegetables and olives into bite-size pieces and add to the orzo. Then drain and rinse the can of chickpeas and add to the bowl, along with the capers, feta and greek salad dressing. Stir to combine and add salt and pepper to taste. For best flavor, let marinate in the refrigerator overnite.
