Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 each)

2/3  cup
2-1/2  cups
1/4  teaspoon
1/2  cup
1  tablespoon

Mix together flour, yeast, and salt in medium bowl. In another bowl mix milk, butter, and water. Microwave until butter is melted. Add wet ingredient to dry ingredients, mixing until a dough is formed. Scrape down sides of bowl and cover with saran wrap. Let sit for 12-18 hours, or overnight in fridge. Turn dough onto floured surface, cover with saran wrap and let sit for 10 minutes. Roll out to 1" in thickness. Cut into 3" circles. Place on parchment-lined baking tray. Cover with Saran wrap and tea towel and let rest for 40-45 minutes. Heat non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add muffins and cover with lid. Cook on one side 6-7 minutes, flip and cook another 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.
