Directions:  
Bring steaks to room temp and pat dry.
Heat skillet to medium, add 1 T oil.
Lay flat and lightly sprinkle 1 T Unbleached flour and 1/8 tsp salt one one side of steaks; flip and repeat. (I use powdered sugar shaker or small fine strainer.)
In shallow dish, beat eggs till combined.
In another shallow dish combine almond flour, parmesan and remaining ingredients.
Dredge steaks—first in egg, then in flour-cheese mixture
Fry 1/2 steaks at a time approx 3-4 minutes per side or till desired doneness. Great with preferred dipping sauce (I use Ketchup) and any sides like salad/steamed vegetables.
