Crack 2 eggs and place in small bowl.

Using a spritzer, spray light coating of olive oil in small frying pan.

Add eggs and cook to desired delicacy.

In microwave, heat sausage for 2 minutes on 40% power.

After eggs have cooked, place on medium plate and cover with clear baking lid.

Move sausage to small cooking pan and cook on medium heat for approx. 2 minutes continually turning.

Add 1 slice bread to toaster and select desired toasting level.

Place sausage and toast on plate with eggs and serve.
