Finely dice onion

Sauté onion in skillet with a tough of olive oil and sea salt for 1 minute.
Season beef with sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. Then sauté with onion. This will lock in juices with meat and give the onion more flavor

Add all other ingredients to a large crockpot
4)Add onion and beef to chili mixture.

Cook on low in crockpot for 4 hours
