Sift uncooked oatmeal, salt, and cinnamon

Beat egg whites

Mash bananas and add to egg whites. Mix well.

Slowly add oatmeal mixture to egg whites mixture and stir

Add water if mixture is too dry

Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a saucepan

Pour half the batter into the saucepan and cook until golden brown

Flip pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side

Repeat with the remaining half of the batter

Serve warm with berries/fruits or 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, peanut butter (or any other choice of toppings)
