Use a little nonstick cooking spray if you choose to cook the bacon in a skillet, or don’t use anything and bake it in the oven at 325° until crisp (keep an eye on it).

Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat, till you can hold your hand over it and feel the heat from the pan. Once you feel the heat, with a pot holder, remove pan from the burner, go over to the sink and coat it with some nonstick cooking spray. Quickly place the skillet back on the burner; add eggs, salt and black pepper. Let the eggs cook slowly, stirring occasionally, if you want scrambled eggs. If not, once the eggs have cooked to your liking on one side, flip them over to the other side. When the eggs are done, place the cheese on top while the eggs are still warm, so it will melt from the heat of the eggs.

Toast the bread and spray each slice with I can’t believe it’s not butter spray. Cut the slice of bacon in half, and put all the ingredients on the bread.
