Directions:  
1 -Remove sausage meat from casing, brown in a skillet with garlic and spices in olive oil. Do not drain. Add tomato sauce, fresh basil, & vodka. Bring to a steady boil, then cook for 15 minutes. Taste periodically to ensure alcoholic content is evaporating. After sauce is finished, add cream, stir & heat thoroughly. Serve over 1 pound of penne pasta.
