Directions:  
Hard boil eggs by boiling 1 cup of water per egg and letting eggs boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow eggs to sit for 5 more minutes. Rinse quinoa and boil 2 cups water for every 1 cup quinoa. Cook quinoa for about 20 min. Dice eggs, mix with quinoa and the other ingredients.
