OCCATIONALY PUSH EGG TO THE MIDDLE SO RAW EGG WHITES CAN FILL THE SPACE

ONCE IT IS DONE ON FIRST SIDE FLIP OVER AND TURN OFF BURNER ADD 1/2 CHEESE, ONE SECOND SIDE IS FINISHED SLIDE ONTO A PLATE

FOLD IN HALF AND SPRINKLE WITH THE REST OF THE CHEESE AND ENJOY
