squeeze the orange to yield 1 cup of orange juice

coarse chop raisins and dates

place the chopped raisins and dates to soak in orange juice

place cashews, walnuts, and oats into food processor

peel the skin of the carrots and then fine shred the carrots

if the batter gets too dry add carrot juice to soften

when you get to a your desired consistency of the batter transfer to a mold in the shape of your choice.
