Directions:  
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and honey. Whisk, gradually adding the olive oil, until well blended.
Grill, bake, or poach the salmon filets. Make a bed of spinach on each of four plates. Placwe salmon in th ecenter of each one. Garnish each with madarin oragne slices, over the entire plate and sprinkle with almond-flaxseed mixture. Makes 4 servings.
