2  teaspoons
1/4  cup
1  teaspoon
1  cup

Combine nonfat Greek yogurt plus .75 self-rising flour and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Roll out onto floured surface using the other .25 cup flour.

Divide into 5 parts. Roll up to make donuts.

Cook in air fryer at 375 for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.

Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then dip in cinnamon and Splenda.

Optional glaze powdered sugar and water mixed drizzle with glaze.
