Description: These muffins are great to make and freeze. The bananas need to be ripe. The browner they are the sweeter the muffin will be. This recipe serving is for a large muffin so if you make small ones count it as half a serving. Enjoy!

2  teaspoons

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix bananas, pumpkin, and eggs in food processor.

Mix those wet ingredients with honey and oil.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Stir dry ingredients slowly into the wet.

Fold in raisins and pecans.

Spray muffin pan with Pam or use a paper liner. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full.

Bake for 17 to 20 minutes for small muffins or 25-30 for large muffins until a toothpick comes out clean. Put on a baking rack to cool.
