Yup, went to the gym! Thank goodness. I hopped on the treadmill and really have lost a lot of endurance in a relatively short amount of time. Hopefully it works it's way back just as fast! :) I love the individual spin class bikes. Plug in the headphones, pick a class on the screen in front of you and away you go! Kind of like a computrainer I guess! My mouth was sore when I woke up this morning... thanks invisaline... but it will all be worth it when I have straight teeth! hee hee... ne...

haha... 50 days since my last weigh in... go figure. I went to Europe for two weeks and had the holiday of a lifetime. Actually lost weight the first week because we walked everywhere... second week, rented a car and didn't really gain much. I felt beautiful and healthy and great. I think part of it was being outside so much, eating less and walking constantly.. .not to mention Europe is just different than here! Anyhow, had my invisaline put on today, they are making me crazy, but it sure ...

Busy!!!

Work is busy and I suck at tracking things when I am busy. I am doing fairly well though, not really losing any weight at this point, but not working as hard at it as I could be. Trying to get ready for vacation, heading to Portugal in three sleeps!!! Just found our passports and coloured my hair.. lol... bought a new dress, next step, pedicures and actually packing!! Sheesh... working day shifts just gets in the way! haha! Having a pint, which I shouldn't be, and heading to bed!

Missed a few days!

Well, it's no wonder I missed logging a couple of days... I ate chips and didn't go to the gym! I did, however, move furniture up and down three floors and make it to the gym a couple of times. I'm going to log today and move forward. I have to remind myself that setbacks are not the worst thing in the world... they aren't the best... but they aren't the worst! Heading out to the gym shortly!

Still at it!

I've been working the long shift, which makes it very tough to keep track of things on line. I have been following along well with the workouts and the diet plan. I tend to eat better at work for the most part, because there are less temptations there. I cannot be in on meals because of the "no eating meat" thing, so that gets me off the hook for having dessert. I love dessert and always have it when I'm in on meals. The guys still offer because they are being nice guys... lol... but I'm bette...

Grrrrr... Vertigo

I've been having bouts of vertigo for the past 6 months and today was another one, although not as severe as some of the others! Drives me nuts. I was going to do tomorrow's workout today because it fit into my work schedule better... guess I'm just going to have to try to get it done at work! Arrgh! Ah well... I guess I had better finally make a doc appointment as well and see why I'm having these lovely little attacks. Never at work, thank goodness, but better nip it now so I don't have...

701 Calorie Breakfast??

Woops! I guess it's going to have to be a little leaner for the rest of the day! I made a juice smoothie for my daughter this morning and she decided that, "It's official, I only like Booster Juice smoothies!" So I drank it. It was delicious! Oasis Pure Breakfast Juice blended with frozen mango, half a banana and coconut oil! Delish!! Of course I had to have my toast as well! :) Today, I will put together that dinette set and as soon I finish my coffee, I'm on it!

I had one job today, aside from getting to the gym and I have yet to complete it. I bought a dinette set just before I moved into my new house. It arrived about 5 weeks ago, I opened one box, was tired and impatient, closed the box and I haven't looked at it since! In two minutes, I will go and put it together! The other task of course, is the gym. I've been waiting until my daughter gets home from school to keep the dog from barking at the contractor downstairs finishing my basement. I li...

I was chuckling at my food entries for today, they aren't bad, but the evening food is a little much! I bought groceries late in the day and that tends to get me! But, the chuckling was for the 1/2 Kozy shack rice pudding. It was in my fridge and me being me, I thought, "I may as well eat it instead of toss it out!" I took a nibble to make sure it was okay, then a bigger bite to be sure, then when it seemed all would be okay, I took a big bite... oh man, that sucked!! Well, I won't be eati...

Okay, so that's a little more creative than a number, no? I'm a little sore from yesterday's workout, but it's a good sore! my back feels straighter, my arms look bigger (just what I needed... lol), and I already feel stronger. It's a nice feeling. It's not like I just started working out yesterday though, I have been working out for years, I've just lost the consistency, so when I hit the gym again and mean it, it feels good! I'm hoping my wifi connection doesn't get all screwy today an...
