Good morning! Starting out my day with a small piece of fruit and a coffee.
Getting ready for work and I'll be sure to eat a snack (a Chobani yogurt) before heading in. I work in a hospital and it is very demanding, I'll be lucky if I can sit for for a few minutes...so i don't think I'll be gyming today!
