Things are going well with the Insanity program. I haven't weighed myself, nor have I taken any measurements recently though (I'll save that for Friday Jan 21st, when I've successfully completed the 2 month program). I just know (looking in the mirror) that it's working.

Insanity Workout (Month 2, Day 4)

Holy crap! I did the "Max Interval Circuit" workout yesterday night for the first time. I died.

All the Insanity videos have been intense up to now. Month 1 videos were hard! These month 2 videos make me want to swear at the Shawn T (video instructor) lol! So crazy hard! I needed to physically pause the tape twice. Once at the 22 min mark, and the second at the 6:28 min mark. And, this is not including...
