Monster day 1 cardio. Hour and a half! Decided to focus just on cardio today with no stability or strength training.

Wooowa did the most cardio to date today. 92 min total :) Core workout as well. Great day feel good.

Beast of a day! completed core training followed by intervals. Intervals were supposed bo be done on the recombant bike but at the time both were in use. Tried the eliptical but could not get my HR up in the first few minutes so jumped on the stairmaster.

Got in and got it done. Up late fell asleep w/out my mask until 0530

Strength: Dumbell bench press 40lbs 15 reps 2 sets, lat pull down 130lbs 15 reps 2 sets, dumbell shoulder press 25lbs 15 reps 2 sets, seater concentrated curls 20lbs 15 reps 2 sets, leg press machine 270lbs 15 reps 2 sets. All excersizes were done at a 2.0.2 pace.

Extreamly happy with today!!! Weighed in lost 4lbs last week down to 341 lets hope I can keep up this pace! completed core and interval training..

Over all a productive week. Had a rough start which forced me to go 5 days straight at the gym and got a little tired in the middle of the week but overall a good week. All intervals were completed quite a bit of core work and one day of strength work.
