So I've been slacking on the blog posts recently, but I've been a little busy. Yesterday I did go to the gym... as much as I felt like I didn't want to. Fortunately, I had a really really good run. It seems like those days when you don't feel like working out are the days you really should. You almost always feel amazing after.

So this post is a clarification of my workouts as far as running goes. My main point today:

I'm feeling GREAT today! I have to say... fitclick has helped me out today. More specifically, I have to thank *GreenTNA and *Shawie for my awesome workout.

So this post won't be half as long as the other... so no worries =] I have mixed feelings about today because I didn't stick to a very healthy diet... but I did go to the gym. Although I stayed under my calorie goal I feel like having some not-so-healthy food brought me down a bit. But I'll work on it. Rome wasn't built in a day right?

So this is my first blog post... EVER. So don't judge my blogging skills... I'm working on them. =]

Well, Fitclick, here it goes. I've been a yo-yo dieter since middle school. I guess I'm a yo-yo gym-goer as well. Although I've struggled with my weight as long as I can remember, I accomplished a healthy weight loss just before graduating from high school. Congrats me right? Nope.
