Why is it so much harder, physically, to walk in the evening than it is in the morning? I am winded within minutes and struggle to get to my normal 3.5 pace and 40+ minutes - I am lucky to make a 30 minute walk. When walking in the mornings - I feel the workout but don't become winded until much further into the walk and walk for 50-60 minutes without the same struggle as the evening. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to improve my P.M. efforts?
