So after I think i'm on a roll and almost to my weightloss goal..i totally lose control!
Between Cinco de Mayo and Mother's Day i think i lost my mind and went on a complete drinking and eating binge and gained 10 POUNDS! 10! WTF! Being around people who don't have the same weightloss and fitness goals can sometimes lead to distraction and loss of self control! There is no one to blame but myself and you know what its OK! i did what i did and now its time to get back on track...

I'm a 24 Hour Fitness member and I have never seen so many people work out with this black arm band thing. What the heck is it? I've always hated the gym. I'd rather lay in bed or on the couch watching TV than walk on the treadmill that makes me feel like a hamster.
Now that i'm seeing results from weight lifting and fat burning i'm really starting to love it. The results have taken a while to show but i kept at it and didn't quit like i would have done in the past and now its paying off! Since i loathe the treadmill and only go on it when absolutely necessary my workouts of choice are all of the classe

Why is it you can work so hard during the week to control your calories and work your ass off but the second the weekend rolls around it can be all shot to hell in a matter of 2 days?
This weekend I new my mom was coming to visit me and that we'd be going out to eat, then my friend was coming into visit and we'd be doing something i'm sure that consisted of food or alcohol. I think about food 24/7. seriously. its kind of crazy.
no matter how hard i work out, no matter how many hours i spend at the gym...food is always on my mind (even when i'm walking on the treadmill) i don't understand how people can watch the food network while on the treadmill. i'm hungry enough just being there!

As the saying goes "you are what you eat!" seriously! you really are.
You don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you love but
portion control and accountabillity of what goes in your mouth KEY.
I know weight watchers points counting and tracking is annoying but when you do it..it works.
