I got on the scale this morning and I hadn't lost not even one single pound.  I was so depressed, I worked my butt off all week last week (minus sat and sun my two rest days) and not one pound.  Yes, I cried and then proceeded to not exercise today and pretty much ate my weight in food (not really but close).  Now feel super guilty about that and am getting more depressed and unmotivated by the minute.

I plan on kicking myself in the a$% all night tonight and again ...

Well I didn't write last night but I did do my workout and stayed under my calories.  Today I worked which makes it hard to work out when i get home due to my three children wanting my constant attention.  However, I have read that when you work at a job that is mostly on your feet and walking that counts toward some cardio.  I need to get one of those calorie counters that i can wear to work.  I did do my strengthing workout though.

starting over

Ok, I'm gonna start all over today and see what happens.  I am still finding it hard to motivate to exercise at home but home is the only place at this point I can do it.  I have a friend is willing to be my "trainer" she is going to check with me daily to make sure I did it and guilt me if I didn't.  Hopefully that will work.  We will soon see!

starting again

Ok...I haven't checked in a workout or a meal plan in days.  I have approximately 7 1/2 weeks to lose approx 12 lbs to meet my goal.  I have had back pains and headaches for what seems like for ever but I am on some medication now and hopefully that will help so that I can get back to my work outs.

Starting Monday I am going to work my butt off so that I can meet my goal and look hot for the summer.  Still finding it hard to motivate but am hoping that when the head...

no exercise hurts

This week started off good with my exercise program...mon and tue i worked my butt off.  I have had a bad headache since wed so not really feeling like working out.  This is my problem...no exercise no weight loss.  I am still trying to eat right but doesn't seem to do much good unless there is exercise with it.  I will get back on track hopefully soon (if I can get rid of this headache).

Sure wish I felt better about this whole thing but right now i'm really k...

starting the third week

I was a little disappointed at weigh in this morning because the first week I lost 4 lbs and this last (2nd week) I only lost 1 lb.  I try to eat right and I am exercising at least 4 times a week.  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!

This is the first day of the 3rd week...let's see what happens now.

On the brighter side of things, I have found a workout that I love so that part is easier now.

I guess I should be glad that I have actually lost 5lbs total...

Ok, so I worked all day today (which usually doesn't happen cuz I'm at home with my kiddos) so did not feel like working out when I got home.  Now I am regreting it so I guess I will work double hard tomorrow.

This whole diet thing is paying off at least this week...I lost 4 lbs.  I just hope that I can keep it up.  I am so hungry most of the time.  I crave junk food so much that I am dreaming about it.  How very sad is that!
Maybe it will get easie...

I am doing better today...been too busy to eat much of anything.  Not doing my regular workout today cuz I spent 2 hrs  shoveling snow and every muscle is already killing me.

Hopefully tomorrow I can work out inside instead of out.

Day no 5

I totally blew it today.  I was doing really well on my calorie intake but today I had a "real" meal with my family (grilled burgers and homemade fries).  Whoops!

I am trying to work out every day but am finding it hard to motivate.  Being a stay at home mom, who really can't afford a gym membership, but still trying to find somethings that I can do at home.  It isn't easy but I know that I have to do it.

I will get back to work tomorro...
