    My goal weight is 210 lbs, which means I have to lose 40 lbs by March 2013. I need to cut the weight, change eating habits, and get into shape. I had orgnal lost 109 lbs and put back on 12 lbs or from 239 to 251.

    It was refreshing to see a very well written and educated reply to a work- out question. Would you mind adding me as a friend too? I have not been very lucky with my "buddies" I have added sticking with things. It is very difficult to motivate somebody if they do not follow through and log in so you may encourage them!
