Playing, exploring and just having fun with your Children, Grandkids, Nieces or Nephews...or any little person who has endless amounts of energy that you wish you could share with and want to give big hugs to. Children are in constant motion from the time they jump out of bed, until it's story time and their heads hit the pillow. The challenge is to keep up with the little loves and get that scale down to a healthier weight.
