From the creator: I am starting this challenge looking for people who have not ran much in their life. I was 384 pounds at my heaviest and now weigh 225. I have ran three times in the last four months and need to do it more often as I feel better about myself after completing a run. My first run wa 1 mile in 14 minutes and my longest so far is 2.32 miles in 29 minutes and yes I do walk some of it at a fast pace. I am looking for friendly competition for self motivation. Enjoy!
