So I have been using this sight now for around 2 weeks. I think it is helping me get a beter picutre of what is going on with my weight. I can see clearly that I have to modify my idea of a cheat day. I can also see clearly that if and when I am eating out I have to make healthier choices in temrs of location and food choice. There is really no need in drinking with all of those calories and if I am going to do so maybe just 1 is enough!
