I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I got it from running on my brand new treadmill. My wife and I purchased it for loosing weight. What a horrible thing to live with. I haven't use the tread mill in two years due to this chronic condition. I have researched on how to heel the injury and have practiced all recommendations. I have seen two podiatrists and gone through the painful cortisone shots and have taken NSAIDS. I wear expensive orthotics with expensive shoes recommended by both doct...
