I hate working out! This week it was easier to get each day in. I haven't skipped in over a week and I'm going to try my best not to. I can finally do the full amount of time and reps this week which is encouraging. If next week goes well I intend to increase the weights and time until I'm unable to compleate it again, then work back up. My diet sucks but I'm trying.
