Well, I'm not very good at this blogging thing much less writing anything down. But, this is a new chapter in my life and am willing to do my best to change that.
Today I start a new chapter in my life, the chapter of taking care of me and getting back into shape. I have officially closed the chapter on having children, after all I have 5! I am 30 and weigh 194lbs. I am the biggest and most unhealthy I have ever been. I am looking forward to watching what/how much I eat, and...
