I cannot for the life of me keep my sodium level at a reasonable amount. I'm not eating a ton of processed foods but every day that I track my food, the numbers are always in red.
Turkey lunchmeat seems to be a big culprit. 4 ounces of turkey is 36% of your daily sodium intake. The hell? 101 calories but 36% daily intake of sodium? If it isn't one bad thing, it is another.
